Vacuum Furnace Diffusion Bonding

  • Variety of Materials – Typically Iron-Nickel Alloys and Titanium.
  • Thickness – Total thickness’ range from .001” to 1”+.
  • Size – 12” x 12” x 12” Hot Zone
  • Accuracy – With proper fixturing alignment positioning can be held to +/-.002” or better in multilayer assembly.
  • Temperature – Maximum 1315° C
  • Hermetic Sealing – Pressure, Flatness, Surface Finish, Thickness.
  • Fixtures – Typical fixtures are made of Ceramic or Molybdenum.
  • Applications – Assemblies for; Aerospace, Microfludics, Medical Devices, Fuel Cells, Scientific Controls, Filtrations and a continued list of others
